Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a young adult’s life? We’re looking for a dedicated Community Complex Care Nurse to join our team in Cranbrook, Kent, to deliver one-on-one care for clients with complex healthcare needs. This is a fulfilling role for someone who wants to be part of a meaningful care journey, supporting young adults in their family homes and local community. You will be instrumental in enabling clients to live enriching and dignified lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, personalised, and compassionate care in the client’s home and community settings.

  • Support clients with complex medical needs including PEG feeding, oxygen therapy, suctioning, cough assist, seizures, and Batten’s disease.

  • Follow a detailed care plan, ensuring holistic support for daily routines such as mobility, feeding, and personal care.

  • Engage clients in sensory, developmental, and recreational activities.

  • Collaborate with Care Coordinators and Nurse Managers to ensure continuity and quality of care.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support revalidation activities.

  • Uphold safeguarding, dignity, and patient-centred values at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin with at least 1 year of post-registration experience.

  • Experience in paediatrics or adult nursing with clinical exposure to complex conditions.

  • Previous community-based care experience desirable.

  • Compassionate, confident, and adaptable with a caring, person-centred approach.

  • UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

  • Right to work in the UK (Visa sponsorship available).

  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 regular shifts per week.

Shift Patterns Available

  • Flexible day, night, and weekend shifts.
