Our Nominated Individual acts as the key point of accountability between our service and the Care Quality Commission (CQC). They are responsible for ensuring our care meets all regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and person-centred support across our services.

Data Pretection Officer- Deepti

Our Data Protection Officer ensures we handle all personal data in line with GDPR and other relevant legislation. They are responsible for safeguarding client and staff information, overseeing data security practices, and promoting a culture of privacy and confidentiality across the organisation.

Service Team Leader

Our Service Team Leader oversees the daily coordination of care delivery, supporting care staff to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality support to our clients. Our Recruitment admin is responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding high-quality care staff.
